I am truly stuck

everything appears to be installed correctly.

No error messages with wordpress
all other related topic plugins disabled.

files moved into theme folder

match number has been dropped to 1

Yet this does not appear on my website.

It does not even come up with no related blogs

does it take 24 hours to kick in??
