the option of switching the mobile theme and the desktop theme isn’t working if you are viewing the mobile theme and you want to switch it off and go to the desktop theme it does not work, the page just refreshes and does nothing and the same thing happens when you are using the desktop version and want to switch to mobile theme.. please help

Are you running any cache plugins? That might be the source of the problem.

yes i am running w3 total cache on the site..

If you are using a cache plugin, please make sure the list of mobile user agents is added to the ‘excluded user agent’ list in your cache plugin’s settings. Then, empty the cache(s).

Doing so should resolve the cache issues.
