The link posted as well as the link in the WPtouch settings loaded as expected in testing just now. Try clearing your caches and trying again.

I have tested on two computers. Even created and account. You can’t upload images. It just uploads and goes away.

I’m having the same problem. Created an account too, but after ‘loading’ for a few seconds, it just stops and nothing happens. I tried the other icon converter site and uploaded the finished file, but got a full-size page of my other website (gionetdesign.com) instead of the TropicModel logo. TropicModel is not ‘live’ yet, but on my server as a sub-domain: www://gionetdesign.com/TropicModel. … and down below where you apply the icon you want for each page… even my uploaded gionetdesign.com homepage is not listed. Please help!

Generating the icon with the website above shouldn’t interfere with your live website at all. When/where are you seeing the full-size page of your site when uploading the icon?
