[Plugin: WPML] Problems with menu link URL

    I’m using WPML to make my site multi-language but i have a problem with my top Menu links.
    I have my Home Page linked on a Menu link, when i switch the language the text of the Menu link change but not the URL (so it links back to the main site language).
    The translated page IS in a different URL, but the Menu link doesn’t “update” itself.
    How to make the url change?

    PS: I’m using a custom theme.
