How to echo Twilio number from plugin's setting

Hi,

My client is using WpCallTracker plugin on his website and he wants me to find a way to show (echo) the Twilio number entered inside the plugin’s setting to be displayed on the site locations where some PHP snippet would be placed.

So the idea is that each time when the number is changed in plugin settings, that same number is shown on all the important site locations to avoid all the additional editing.

Is there any known code provided by the plugin itself or do I have to hack. Any ideas?
