    Add 2 or more new items to a menu returns this error

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpbook_safe_publish_to_facebook() (previously declared in /home/sebax/sebaxtian.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wpbook/includes/publish_to_facebook.php:6) in /home/sebax/sebaxtian.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wpbook/includes/publish_to_facebook.php on line 301

    A menu where? Inside your WordPress dashboard?

    That seems to be a wierd thing to cause that problem.

    Have you looked at what is in your publish_to_facebook.php?

    It should end at line 303, and line 301 should be just a comment.

    Not clear to me why this would ever get triggered – can you provide a bit more context as to where/how you see the error?
