Anything in your debug file when you post with 2.3.1?
Also, what targets are you publishing to? (Individual profile, group, page, or some combination thereof?)
Do any of them succeed or do all fail?
Think I just found it – can you test using the development version?
(Go to http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wpbook/download/ and get the “development version” from the bottom of the page there)
Should be resolved in 2.3.2

I publish only on fanpage. Im going to test development ver right now.
