What version of WPBook are you running?

What other plugins are you running which may be also including the Facebook client library?

WPBook does check first to see if the Facebook SDK has been already included by another plugin – by checking for the existence of the Facebook class before including it. Not sure why your version seems to be failing this check.

Not sure “Facebook comments” and WPBook can coexist peacefully – certainly not something I’m testing regularly.

Can you point to the version of Facebook Comments you are using, and which specific plugin?

I’m already checking for the existence of the class before declaring it – not sure what more I can do for users who have multiple plugins leveraging Facebook’s api.

It might be that they’ve cut over to the new PHP SDK – as WPBook will in 2.1 (coming soon).

Took a quick look – seems like the “Facebook Comments for WordPress” plugin is using the same version of the Facebook library as we’re using in 2.1 of WPBook (currently in beta testing).

That should mean that we can peacefully coexist once 2.1 is release, which I hope is shortly – but no guarantees!
