When auto-installing from WP, initially it didn’t work. I noticed that the folders were nested so moved them into a single folder and it worked great.

This is a good plugin. Thanks to the author for adding in additional classes to the markup. Makes it easy to style with CSS.

Same for me except activating immediately after install it says invalid header
and the plugin does not show in the plugins list until I undo the nested folder problem
