[Plugin: WP-Table Reloaded] WP Table Reloaded JS not working

I have created a table with pagination and other features set but these js features are not showing on the page, just the plain table as if js functionality was disabled.

wp_footer is being included in the footer.

Firebug is showing that all files are being loaded, including the js file used by WP Table Reloaded.

What could be going wrong? thanks
