I have a table at http://www.themoderndaywizard.com/press in which the use javascript library is ticked and all of the datatables javascript features are ticked but are greyed out. To deselect these options I have had to deselect Javascript features in the plugin options, which turns them off for all tables. Why are they greyed out?

Also alternating row colours and mouse hover is turned off in the table options but are still active.

Hi,

sorry for the late answer.

Very likely, they are grayed out, because you have deselected the “Table Head” checkbox. This checkbox must be enabled in order to make it possible to enable the JavaScript functions.

The features for alternating row colors and highlighting that are active on your site are not coming from WP-Table Reloaded. Instead, your theme (Atahualpa) also has features for this, which (I believe) you can deactivate in the theme settings somewhere.
