    Hello,
is it possible to filter rows by a shortlink?

    Example:
I have a Table with 100 Rows. A column is called “Abteilung”. One side shows all the lines. The Page “Handball” should only view the Rows with content “Handball”.

    Thx for all Hints.

    Hi,

yes, this is possible with the “Filtering Extension” for the plugin. Please see http://tobias.baethge.com/2010/03/extension-6-showing-only-rows-that-match-a-filter/ for details.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

    Hi,

The Extension works well. But, when I activate it I’ve got the message (I tried to translate it from Dutch):

The plugin generated 3 signs of unexpected output during activation. If you notice any "headers already sent" messages, or problems with the RSS feeds or other problems, then try this plugin to disable or remove.

The plugin works, but when I want to save a page, I get the following:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/name_site/public_html/site/wp-content/plugins/wp-table-reloaded-extensions.php:1) in /home/name_site/public_html/site/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 890

    What’s the problem?
I use WordPress 3.0.3 in Dutch.

    Hi Luc,

    thanks for your posts.

This means that you have some white space in the file “wp-table-reloaded-extensions.php”, either before the opening PHP tag <?php or after the closing PHP tag ?>. Probably, this was a result of copying and pasting slightly too much white space.
This results in that error message.

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,

Using Notepad++ I saw nothing wrong.
But in the WordPress Plugin section can also edit files. I actually saw a few characters that are wrong. After deleting them everything works perfectly.

Thanks for the quick reply and the wonderful module!

    Grts,

    Hi Luc,

    thanks for the confirmation.

Yes, this sometimes can be characters that are not visible in certain editors, e.g. due to the encoding. The plugin editor is pretty reliable in that regard, as it usually shows them.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
