Check the cached files for the html of the widgets? Look in wp-content/cache/supercache/ and you’ll find .html and .html.gz files. The .html files are simply text that you can view in an editor.

What would I be looking for? When I turn cache on and visit the page, the sidebar is there. If I go to that page again, the sidebar is gone?

Look in the file with a text editor and find try to find the html of the widget.

Its not the widget, its the entire widget areas

I honestly don’t know. Could be some odd PHP script on your server, or out of memory somewhere, or the widget is created by Javascript that somehow gets stale once cached.
