[Plugin: WP Super Cache] why would I want to do this?

    I’m using this plug in to help loading issues on my blog. It seems to be helping. But I don’t really understand all the settings and why I would use them.

    Why would I use this? And is it a good idea to use this from time to time?
    “Delete Cached Pages

    Cached pages are stored on your server as html and PHP files. If you need to delete them use the button below.”

    Also – when I add an image or change an image on my home page it doesn’t show up until about 10 minutes later. Is this something I can change in settings somewhere?
