[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Plugins is great, but need help.

The plugin made a drastic night and day difference on the performance of my big fat wordpress. However, cosmetically, it has shifted my header down a good 15-20 lines.
So there is now a good 2-3 inch gap at the top, when there once was none. What can I do?
