Hi, I just installed this a few days ago. I was able to go through the set up process and select different options. I just noticed when working on a tutorial for my design team, that they can see this plugin. I do not want them having access to the stats for this blog. I went in and clicked on the “permissions” tab and I receive this message : “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

I am an admin, logged in as admin and I have no access to manage this plugin’s options. Can anyone help with this?

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

what did you enter in the corresponding field? By default, as you noticed, every user is allowed. If you want to change this, you must specify the exact list of user who should be granted access to the metrics.

If you get that error message, you will need to use phpMyAdmin, go to wp_options and find the row where option_name = slimstat_can_view and remove it.

    Hi,
Thank you for your response. I did figure out that I had not entered the names in the right field – I had them in the report field. I was able to resolve this problem and it is working properly now.
    Thank you again!
