[Plugin: WP Popup Scheduler] Not working

Hey,

At the moment i’m trying to get the wordpress popup scheduler to work on my blog, but its not showing up at the moment on the home page. I viewed the source and this is what is showing up.

The popup still isnt loading and its configured and everything in the options. What I am trying to do with it is put some html code in the popup which activates some javascript which is basically a content breaker/locker.
