[Plugin: WP No External Links] New mask option

Please add a simple mask url option, without create any database table. For exemple using base64 encrypted to external links:
http://www.wpblog.com/goto/aHR0cDovL3JhcGlkZ2F0b3IubmV.
Many blogs are hosted in shared servers and option “Mask url with special numeric code” is very hard.
