[Plugin: WP Email Capture] Capture Problem

I installed Email Capture and planted the widget on my sidebar. When I enter my name and email into the forms and submit, (1) I don’t know where the name and emails go and (2) on my dashboard under the Email Capture tab, my name and email do not show up (instead, it says the last person to submit email was “Name” and “Email”. How do I fix this?
