[Plugin: Wp e-Commerece] – Local & International Shipping.

I’m using WP E-Commerce Premium Shipping Add-on for Wp e-Commerece for Shipping. My Client (USA Based) doesn’t want the Calculate Button for shipping on Checkout page. What he wants is

4 options for shipping that covers local and international shipping.

Standard Shipping International (10-15 working days)$147.00
Express Shipping International (3-5 working days) $497.00
Standard Shipping local (2 – 3 days) $19.00
Express Shipping local (1 – 2 days) $49.00

so buyer can select the shipping from above. If the buyer selects local standard or express shipping so he/she should only be able to select USA from the shipping form.

If buyer selects international then on the next page in the billing / shipping form he should not be able to select USA.

Is this possible with any other plugin or code? I am not really sure. I really need help.
