[Resolved] [Plugin: WP e-Commerce Catalog Visibility] Safari browser problem

  • Correction, the cross-browser issue is with Firefox. I haven’t checked Safari as of yet, but I still would like the fix for the Firefox browser in regards to the “Product Inquiry” button not showing up in the browser.

    Hi imediasource,

    The plugin is tested 100% compatible with all of those browsers. Please check your settings and be sure that you have Apply to Logged in Users Checked. See the Plugin docs for Reference.

    3. Apply to Logged in Users – *Tip – if you do not select this remember that you will have to log out of the site to see any setting you have made. If you don’t you won’t see them and you’ll think the plugin is not working.

    Steve the plugin isnt working Iam using WP 3.4.2 WP ecommerce 3.8.9 .,even when I tick apply to logged in users .I am using the velvet sky theme, Dont know weather anything wrong with the theme or what…

    Hi vijit.pareek,

    The plugin is working fine – the easy way for you to test if it is your theme or the plugin is to activate the default WordPress theme – Twenty Ten and you will see if its your theme.

    Or you can look here on this demo site that uses Twenty Ten Theme.
