[Plugin: WP-CodeBox] Conflict with JQuery

    Firebug show this error and the plugin not working for collapse:

    jQuery is not defined codebox.js (line 281)
    var $j = jQuery.noConflict();

    I have the lastest version of WP-CodeBox (1.3)
