[Plugin: WP-Clone] Problems Cloning Site

I used WPClone to copy my site at etmcreativewebsites.com unto gqccc.org and the site “looks” right, but now am getting blank screens in the dashboard, so it is broken.

I called my host tech support and we deleted all the plugins and changed theme and he thought it was a theme issue. But I’ve reuploaded an entirely new version of the theme and reinstalled the latest version of WordPress, and it still gets those white screens. If the theme is still working on the original site, I’m not convinced it is a theme issue. Are there any other steps I can take to get this working on the new site?
