I took a look at your site, and no popup is enabled for any of the pages I checked. Can you make sure you have both ‘exit-intent’ and ‘time-delayed’ checked (with 5 second delay for test)?

Based on what I can see, the popups are not enabled for any of the pages. Can you please check the following:
1. ‘Show for all page’ is checked
2. No page/post (0) is checked in the ‘Except for these posts/pages’ section. It is possible that you have excluded “All pages” and “All posts”
A good way to check is to go to the edit view of a page/post, and the PopupAlly widget to the right will tell you whether any of the popup is enabled.

Hi Robin,
I’ve done everything you’ve suggested and nothing. Could it have something to do with the Show Thank You Page Setup? It will not save when I uncheck the box (the box remains checked).
Sorry to be such a pain:( Could my hosting company help? I use BlueHost.

Hi Margaret,
The popup is working for it. You have configured a lot of Thank You pages, which is probably why the testing is not working: once you see the Thank you page, the popup will never show up again.
Please do the following:
1. Uncheck all the Thank You pages
2. Clear your browser’s cookie (Google how to do that for your specific browser)
This should do the trick.
