[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Open Graph & Meta Tags problem :(

    Facebook keep picking up the word “Tweet” as description for about half of my posts. Not cool…

    I have also tried putting in the <meta> code from the Plugin creators website into my head.php, but it doesn’t work.

    What am I doing wrong? I have tried many Open Graph plugins, but would prefer to get this one to work. I like it. I have also tried to switch off all my plugins, but it doesn’t work.

    Nothing works 🙁

    I have spent three days of my life to get this sorted, but it has taken me nowhere.

    Please help me!
