[Plugin: WordPress Forms] Form Fields

I’m having trouble on creating forms.
When I create a form with more than 1 field it’s fine, but when I create with only one field and I try to rename it, it won’t work, it just goes back to the ‘new field’. I’ve tried everything …

Does anybody know what can I do to make it work?
