[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Internal Server Error on Submission | WordPress.org

When submitting a form we get a 500 Internal Server Error and the email is not being sent.

We’re using PHP Version 5.2.17, and have not had any issues with PHP email scripts.

Under Forms > Advanced Settings you can change the e-mail method. Also, does everything work if you turn off the e-mails completely?
