[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] I can not edit the fields

When I try to edit a form field, it disappears from the list (it appears as a floating window that is hidden under other sections).
Although listed as a “floating window” can not be edited.Addresses attached some pictures so you can better see the problem.
I discovered that there is an incompatibility with the theme “Ovid.” I could not tell which of plugins there is a conflict issue, but disabling the visual style, editing form fields work properly.
I have installed the latest versions of WP and the plugin. The tests were made on: Firefox, Chrome and IE.
