[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Conflict with Permalinks? | WordPress.org

Whenever I set WordPress to use the post name as URL, forms created with Form Manager (1.6.24) stop working. Whenever I click send, nothing happens. It concerns the forms on http://www.advocaten.nl, e.g.:

http://www.advocaten.nl/?page_id=260

Is this a known conflict, between Form Manager and WordPress’ Permalinks? And if so, is there a way I can fix this? If not, what information do I need to provide to reproduce this error?

The problem must be something else. I tried using ‘nice’ permalinks on my testing site and the forms still function. Are you saying that when you click ‘submit’ the page just reloads, without sending the information to the database?
