[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Code page, collation Windows-1251 and UTF-8

    Hi, this plugin is great! I have no success with Contact Form 7, but using this plugin with setting to use PHP mail() instead of wp_mail() made my forms work. But issue is left to solve is code page. After mail comes to mailbox it is in UTF-8 coding page, but no information about coding stored in message header (maybe RFC-822). Mail client program uses Windows-1251 as default code page which makes text look wierd in hieroglyphs. Need to solve code page issue so it works in all mail clients (Oultook, Outlook Express, The Bat!, Thunderbird).

    Thanks for pointing this out. I added the (hopefully) appropriate headers to the default e-mail for the next update.
