[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Checkbox 'Position' and 'Checked by Default' no

    In the ‘Edit’ options I have selected ‘Position’ Left and ‘Checked by Default’ but neither of these functions seem to be working. The checkbox position is always to the right of the label and there is no check in the checkbox when viewing the form. Are there any solutions to these issues? (I did find the similar issue in the forums that was resolved that suggested making a list with a checkbox but there is no way of choosing ‘Checked by Default’ for that solution.)

    The ‘left’ position puts the checkbox immediately after the label, and the ‘right’ option aligns it with the right end of the form.

    You found a bug with the ‘checked by default’ option. Sorry for now there isn’t a solution.

    My mistake regarding the ‘left’, ‘right’ position. I thought that ‘Position – This will place the checkbox towards the left/right of the display area.’ meant that the checkbox would be displayed to the left/right of the label.

    Looking forward to a solution for the ‘checked by default’ when it becomes available.

    In a related question, is there a way to populate a default value in a dropdown list e.g. the first item. On initial display of the page, the drop downs are blank. Great plugin by the way!

    It may be your browser. In Firefox for example the first option will be the default value, unless the dropdown is set to be required, which forces you to choose one. I’m collecting features for the next version and I’ll add a ‘default option’ for the dropdowns.

    I was able to do a workaround. I added a List to the form and selected checkbox. Added only one Item List and made it a default. Viola. Hope that helps someone.
