[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] 404 Error on submission

    Hi, I’m using the Form Manager plugin to allow users to up-load an application form. When I submit the form, the information is stored in the database but a 404 error is shown – do you know what I have missed? (I’ve tried it with and without an auto redirect)

    I’m new to wordpress and PHP and so any help is much appreciated 🙂

    I don’t know. If you post a link to the form, I’ll take a look. But you will have to excuse me entering dummy data.
