[Plugin: Woocommerce] Insert page between cart and checkout

For my website, I need customers to agree to an engagement agreement (which involves them filling in information, so it needs to be it’s own page instead of the usual checkbox) and I want that to be in between the shopping cart and the checkout page. So, when they’re done with their cart, they hit proceed to checkout, but the button takes them to the engagement agreement page instead (the engagement agreement page is already set up to take them to checkout after they have finished)
