[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] State Selection Dropdown box misalignment

I’m getting this issue with the U.S. State selection dropdown box in the cart page/calculate shipping option. It is misaligned. It seems that it’s only at the calculate shipping option/cart as to where it is occuring the error.

I have attached an image of the problem.
