plugin won’t start

I installed this plugin and it was working. Then I tried to set the site’s time zone and it crashed. Now I can’t start the plugin, and WooCommerce says it’s incompatible. Can someone please help me figure out what to do? Here’s info from the email I got when the site suffered a critical error.,
