Plugin With Latest Version Of WP-Ecommerce & WordPress

Firstly, would like to say, what a great plugin!

Just tested this plugin with the latest version of wordpress 5.1.1 and the latest version of wp-ecommerce 3.14.0.

I can confirm that the plugin works, and that you also get a copy of the delivery date that the customer has picked on the bottom of the order confirmation that is sent to admin.

A few things I did notice though:

1) When I activated the plugin the following warning message was displayed:

The plugin generated 267 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

2) When the customer clicks to pick a delivery date, the calender that is shown is slightly out of sync, with some of the dates showing on the right to be very faint.

3) The bit where the customer picks the delivery date is at the bottom of the shipping box delivery addresss information, and a lot of customers if they tick same as billing for the delivery, could easily miss the delivery date picker box. If this delivery date picker box was maybe at the top of the page, or even better was able to still show when a customer ticked the “same as billing” box, would be great!

Also, just wondered if this plugin is still being supported?
Always a little worried when trying out new plugins, which haven’t been updated in a while, because of things like security vunerabilities etc.
