[Plugin: Weather Forecast – WP Wunderground] Adding to the plugin output

I’m new to this plugin and wanted to know if I can have the weather data in a post preceeded and follow with a <HR> tag?

I know I can add these manuall in the HTML of a post, but I’m always wanting the Horizontal like to seperate the weather from the post.

Is is possible to add this into the out of the PHP so it’s always present?
