[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Pages in Custom Directories

Hello,

is it somehow possible to chache pages that are located in custom subdirectories?
So e.g. a page directly called via
http://domain/wp-content/themes/mytheme/mydirectory/debug.php?param=1
or called via a custom permalink rewrite to this location?
