[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] gzip, webpage not compressed

  • Hi,

I am using this great plugin on my site http://bit.ly/qifglX

When i do a pagespeed test and check http://www.gidnetwork.com/tools/gzip-test.php it says gzip not enabled.

    My browser cache seting are:

    Specify global browser cache policy:
    first 5 ticked

Specify browser cache policy for cascading style sheets and JavaScript files:
first 5 ticked with Expires header lifetime of 31536000 and Cache Control policy: cache with validation

Specify browser cache policy for posts, pages, feeds and text-based files:

All ticked with Expires header lifetime of 90sec and cache with validation

    Under Media & Other Files:

first 5 ticked with Expires header lifetime of 31536000 and also cache with validation.

This setup was done by the W3 edge team by request and gzip was always enabled, but for some reason it’s not gzip compressed anymore.

I know it’s not a server issue cause all my other sites on the server are being gzip compressed.

Could this be an htaccess issue?
