[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] CDN issues

For some reason, the CDN stuff isn’t working. I’m using Amazon S3 and for some reason, the URLs just aren’t changing from mydomain.com to mybucket.s3.amazonaws.com. I have to disable the plugin and re-enable it to get everything to work, and then, at random, it breaks.

Any advice?
