[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] CDN doesn't work with mobile theme

Any version of wordpress…
all is configured properly – and any other theme I use works great..
however, the http://crowdfavorite.com/wordpress/themes/carrington-mobile/
theme doesn’t insert the CDN URLs for some reason..
any ideas?
