I cannot get W3 Total Cache to work with APC, Disk Enhanced, or Disk for Page Caching. Object caching with APC works fine.

But I keep getting Caching: enabled, status: not cached.

I look in wp-content/w3tc/pgcache and there are no files present, so I know they aren’t caching.

How can I problem solve this?

What does the compability report say? Its on the General page.
Have you visited the site when not logged in?
You could try the development version but make backup first: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/w3-total-cache/download/

Visit the site on a different browser that is not logged in.

And remember that if you have debug enabled, it will not cache. So disable debug.

Always check the date / time in the HTML comment at the bottom of theHTML source to see if it changes when you’re logged out and refresh the page to see if caching is working.
