[Plugin: vSlider Multi Image Slider for WordPress] Multisite users not allowed access

I got the plugin working in the latest WP Multisite, however, it seems that none of the blog administrators using it have access to it.
Any idea of how I can get around this?
As super admin, I have access. I need a way for a blog admin to have it as well.
