plugin vote the post, rating

Hello everybody,
I’m looking for a plugin that shows the votes and the rating of the post to all the users.
I’m using “most read in XX days” and “vote the post” but they are indipendent each other. I would use a plugin that allow the user to vote the post and show how many vote did it get, average, and ranking.
