[Plugin: User Role Editor] Error! Error encountered during role delete operation

I tried to delete a user role and I received this message on top of the page:
“Error! Error encountered during role delete operation”
a) I had no users in that role at the time.
b) In the Field “Delete Role” there is now only the option “Pending”Cheers.
