Plugin: User Locker … Help

Ok so I am new at this and I have searched the forums and havent really been able to get any help so Im asking … I installed the user locker plugin and I can see the options where I can say 5 login attempts … but it says to configure the code and like I said Im new to all this … What do I need to configure? I have tried logging in with a bad password and it just keeps letting me try … it doesnt lock me out … Please help
