[Plugin: User Community](suggestion) – swap the user admin for all users

  • i’m actually in the hot phase with my layout for my wordpress blog and not far away from “i’m done”.

well i use customize your community to get rid of the massively branded wordpress admin/user interface, but it has no option to upload or to manage pictures for the alkivia gallery feature… so at least… houston, we’ve got a problem!

an option would be to turf the cyc plugin and to change the admin layout and to poke around in the wordpress backend scripts to restyle the whole baby and to change the wordpress-typical layout. but (!!!) – this would be probably an ultra stupid idea.

so are there any plans in the near future to integrate user registration and login into your community plugin?

not to mention that only one well organized plugin for a community-alike-structure is much better and more server efficient as 3-7 plugins and plethora of extra css.

    kan.

  • User comunity does not integrate with CYC, and most probably it will not.

In a future release, it’s planed to provide some kind of templating system and also let you to choose if user will manage their profile, gallery an so by using the dashboard or a regular page on your site.
