Plugin used to change log in page

Hello,

I used a plug in the change the URL for my log in page, after it was hacked. However, the URL that I wrote down when I changed it no longer pulls up the log in page. Does anyone know how I can access my log in? I cannot figure out how to do anything but need access! I am extremely technology basic, so please explain in “normal” words.
