what is the ftp address to upload the plugin in word press directory ?
Is it possible to upload the plugin files via filezila ?

yes you can upload plugin files manually using an ftp client such as filezilla

upload the plugin folder to your.site.address/wp-content/plugins

Is it possible to upload plugin rather than Tortoise SVN ? which will be good to work with Ubuntu OS ?
