Plugin Updates on Sites Configured for Secure Updates

I have a few sites I manage that are configured for secure WordPress updates with a setup similar to this:

These sites seem to fail when I try to update them from IWP because IWP doesn’t have the permissions to update the files in the plugin directory. Is there a way to give IWP the credentials to be able to securely update these files?
